How To Make A Partition For Your Personal Computer?

I want to share with all of you something that I learnt by myself using Windows Help
Just now I managed to crack the partition for my sis's new lappy (laptop I mean)
All we need is Windows Help and skills to understand and follow..

1. You must click on the Startup then click on Control Panel.
2. Click on the System and Security then you find the Administrative Tools and click on Create and format hard disk partitions.
3. As you can see the new window entitled Disk Management appear. 
4. If there is no unallocated partition, you have to create one. You have to repartition the hard disk. Right-click the volume you want to shrink, and then click Shrink Volume. Follow the instructions.
5. You'll have the unallocated partition in your hard disk. Right-click an unallocated partition on your hard disk, and then click New Simple Volume.
6. In the New Simple Volume Wizard, click Next.
7. Type the size of the volume you want to create in megabytes (MB) or accept the maximum default size, and then click Next.
8. Accept the default drive letter or choose a different drive letter to identify the partition, and then click Next.
9. In the Format Partition dialog box, do one of the following:
   • If you don't want to format the volume right now, click Do not format this volume, and then click Next.
   • To format the volume with the default settings, click Next.
10. Review your choices, and then click Finish.

    Note

    • When you create new partitions on a basic disk, the first three will be formatted as primary partitions. Beginning with the fourth, each one will be configured as a logical drive within an extended partition.
